Bad experience -. While the place is new and somewhat neat, the service I received recently was not up to par. For what I paid in getting my hair done and highlighted I could have gone to a much nicer place and gotten better service. The staff seems to be preoccupied and not attentive.

Inexperienced Staff. I recently had my hair straightened there and had a terrible experience. These girls don't know what they are doing. I had to have the treatment 2 times.

TERRIBLE PLACE - Owner is obnoxious. if you read these reviews at all be leary of the fact that there's a good portion of them written by the staff. Not a great place at all. Terrible service and confrontational.

Urban and down to earth!!. This is by far the best salon I have been to in Bloomington-Normal since moving from Chicago(city not suburbs) Everyone is friendly, Beth gives the most incredible shampoo I have ever gotten. It is clean professional, yet you feel like you are with your girlfriends which is unique. I love that it is not stuffy and pretensious. It has a city feel yet a charm that you could only find in a family community like Bloomington-Normal. I have found my salon. Thank You Ladies.

the best salon in town!. I have been going to Brandie for years!! I love getting my hair done there, I just feel confident in their abilities I just sit in the chair and they all have great ideas on what is new and would look great on me!. This is not a stuffy uptight salon .. its like cheers everyone knows your name I feel like I am with girlfriends there. The owner, Brandie is fun and knows ALL the new styles and does some very complicated color and straightening that you just cant find anywhere else.They care about you and your hair not just your hair. Keep up the great work girls cya soon. p.s I love that sometimes people bring their puppies in to see everyone. people just stop by there to chat and visit.

Terrible Service!!. Beware of getting anything done here. Not sure the owner knows what she is doing when it comes to more complicated services other than just hair cuts. Don't try and get anything done outside of maybe letting the owner wash and cut your hair. Not too mention, if you don't like or agree with the service, the owner is terrible to work out any issue. She was down right rude, hung up on me, and was unwilling to rectify the situation. WARNING, YOU BETTER BE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO WORK OUT ANY ISSUE WITH HER PERFORMANCE.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!. I would like to start by saying......I love this place! I have been to other salons in town and I will never go back to them. I have been treated shabbily and have had a mess made of my hair. And I am very happy to say I have found my home! When I walk in I am always greeted with smiles and laughter from the sylists AND the customers in the chairs. It truely is like a little family...We speak freely to eachother (in a chair or not) laugh, joke and tell stories. They are professional and will always give you an honest opinion. Who Does Your Hair has saved and enhanced my hair beyond what I thought was possible. They make me BEAUTIFUL! I have been a client since the opening of the salon and I could not be any more satisfied with their work, demenor, skill and love for the job that they do. I would like to end by saying.......THANK YOU! Brandi, Megan, Amelia and Beth.....You are all wonderful and IT IS MY PLEASURE AND HONOR to be a client of yours.

Great cusomter service, and proud to be a customer!. I have went to Brandie for 2 and a half years now and would NEVER think of going anywhere else. Her and all of her hair dressers know what they are doing! They are up to date on all the latest styles and take the time to listen to what you want. It is hard to find that now a days but they never steer clear from it. Brandie, Megan, and Beth are probably the most talented hair dressers in Bloomington. They offer great customer service, and whether it is your first time, or 50th time in their shop they treat you like family! As far as the prices go... if my broke butt can afford to go in there, then TRUST ME you can too! they have very good prices for the service and quality they provide! I love these girls and if you give them a try I know you will love them too! Not only are they good with womens hair, but every time I am in there they have male and children clients in there too. If I had kids or a boyfriend who had hair I would take them there in a heartbeat! You have to give this place a try, trust me, you will not be disappointed!

LOVE THIS SALON. I have been going to Brandie for a couple of years now and she is amazing!! I always get compliments on how pretty and shiny my hair is. I love going in there because Brandie, Megan, and Beth are always so nice and welcoming. There is such a warm feeling in the salon that makes you feel very comforatable and at home. I love the atmosphere and look of the salon - very stylish and on trend. I would recommend Brandie and her staff to anyone!!!!!

Best Salon and Staff. You will love this place!

I have been with Brandie since day 1 of her career - I am Brandie's mother. I have very long, naturally curly hair and have been told by many how beautiful my hair is. It has not always been that way - when I was young I used to have to keep it chopped off just to be able to manage it. I always let people know I owe my beautiful hair to Brandie and her staff for taking excellent care of it. I travel 50 miles one way every 6 weeks for Brandie and Megan to take care of it, but if you love your hair you only go to the best. They also do my significant others hair, my other daughter, my son and daughter-in-law and all four of my grandchildren's hair - and four of these people travel all the way from St. Louis Missouri to have Brandie do their hair. If you love your hair - go to the best at Who Does Your Hair. Megan and Beth are part of our family and because of this closeness the atmosphere is very warm and loving - you can feel it the minute you walk through the door. Come in - talk to the girls and let them know what you would like done - I promise you will love what they do - I always have. Keep up the good work girls!
