Told you SO Report It. As for the women crippled as you allege. I was told she only suffered minor injuries and was lawyer-ed up within hours and there has been no confirmation of what extent her injuries were. Please report those things you have written here. Otherwise anyone can type anything about a business and it not be true.

Corrupt Business. I learned through the displeasure of working with All About Eyes/HW Holdings (Harlin Hankins) that you can sexually harass your employees, do illegal drugs and pass them around to your employees, drink and provide an unsafe warehouse for them to work in all while making an obscene amount of money. After the building collapse the young lady is now crippled and HAVING to sue them to get compensation. Do your business elsewhere, don’t contribute to them or their cronies.

eyeglasses- beware--make sure you purchase the warranty. All was good throughout the purchase process in January 2010. The staff was friendly, and we got a pretty good deal for 4 pairs of glasses. The problem began in July 2010 when the scratch coating began to wear off and the lenses became spotty. It seemed obvious to us that they were defective, and we thought they would stand behind their product. But, because we did not purchase the optional warranty, they said they could do nothing, but that we were were free to purchase new lenses. UGH! We won't be going back there.

Great with kids!. I recently took my five year old to All About Eyes in Bloomington for his Kindergarten eye exam. He saw Dr. DeVore who was very friendly and patient with my son. He phrased things in a way that my son could understand what he was being asked. And he constantly told him how good he was doing. He asked him questions about school and made him feel like he was very important. Dr. DeVore is absolutely great with kids. And to make it even better, the price was the best we could find in town. $20 cheaper than some of the other places. I would recommend Dr. DeVore to anyone that has a young child who needs an eye exam.

I love this place!. I just want everyone to know that customer service is not dead! from the moment I walked in the door, everyone was really nice, which is fine, but only the beginning. I picked out a couple of different pairs of glasses, both SUPER cute(Buy one get one free!!!!!!!) Then I got my glasses, but the prescription didn't feel right. I had brought in my prescription from my regular doctor down the street, so I thought I would have to go back to get it checked, which isn't easy, because it takes about a week to get in. The girl who waited on me said she would let me see their doctor, to check my prescription. He changed it and the glasses were much better! they all seemed really set on customer service first, even if it meant going to some extra trouble. I had a problem with a pair from Lenscrafters a couple years ago and they basically told me to take a flying leap. I will be sticking with All About Eyes from now on.

go to lenscrafters. horrible customer service. poor product. i had my glasses remade three times and still can't see out of them. tried to return them but got nowhere with the manager working. she just kept trying to get me to pick out something else or let them remake it again. on top of that they refused to give me my full amount back even though it was very clear i couldn't see out of them. this place is a ripoff and a scam.
