Have to agree... good food but THE WORST SERVICE know to man. whom ever manages this place should be fired. Our whole table wanted more... but the staff was nowhere to be found... and the small lager... at the bar cast me more than at home (chgo). AVOID! Applebee's had more attentive service than this.
Worst Service Know to Man. I went in to treat the family after a great and wonderful day. Waited about 15 minutes which was fine. Waitress came over about 10 minutes after we were seated. Later about 20 minutes minutes asked if we had any questions and then disappeared for 30 minutes. I offered to pay at the fron for my drinks. The manager didn't even want to face us and apologize. He sent the girl at the front to do that. I thought that was in poor taste. Went across the street and had a T-bone at Fiesta Ranchera. Tasted great and was waited on by three people. Cost was a fourth of the poor service place. Never again!
Great Steaks!.
Love this restaurant. Great selection of hand cut steaks. The meats are always fresh.
We love to go with a group of friends and stand around the grill cooking and chatting. Always grill yourself a thick piece of garlic bread while you are waiting for your steak.
Good selection of brews.
The service is always great. No more money than any other steak house.
A lot of fun!
Not the big city... ..but what do you expect in Bloomington? The food was good, since you get to choose it yourself. However, it is pricey, and the service was o-kay. Ambience was, well, o-kay. So I guess it was 'o-kay' in general. Fun to cook your own good, though, I guess (I'm an o-kay cook)
Great Steaks & Fun!. You can't beat a steak from Alexanders! It's a total experience to stand around the giant grill and fire up the steaks! I would recommend this to any out of town guest!
