Better than I expected Bridal Shop. I am recently engaged since Christmas and so my mother, sister, and I decided to just window shop the local bridal stores in town. After going to a not so good bridal shop here in town we decided to stop in at Bobbie's Bridal. It was a smaller store so we didn't think too much about it but once we got in there we were treated like a VIP from any bridal boutique like you see on TV. They had a great selection and the prices were where we wanted them. I didn't know exactly what style of dress I wanted but my girl was very patient with me and kept giving me dress styles and ideas I didn't really think about. We just had a great experiance here and was glad we can keep business here in town!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY WEDDING PLANNING!. The staff was made up of young, immature, and unprofessional young "ladies". They were very cold. When problems arose with our order, I didn't hear "sorry", or "it will be ok, lets fix it". These few encouraging words would have been helpful to a bride who was a few weeks out from her wedding day! Instead we were given a "take it or leave it" response. When my cries were not being tended to at a store level, I insisted on speaking to the owner. I was told by the young "lady" that I could call Bobbie if I wanted too, but that it wouldn't do me any good because "she won't do anything about it". That speaks very highly to the owner! I would reccomend going anywhere but here!!!!!
