Excellent Service. Went there "just looking" for a new mattress and box spings and ran into Devon. He took excellent care of us! I am in sales and appreciated the low pressure atmosphere and the great selection. His service ultimately contributed to us purchasing several other pieces there and would highly reccomend Devon and Sherman's!!!

Lumpy Mattress purchase. My husband and I used the same box spring and mattress for almost two decades because we could not afford a new set. When it became impossible to sleep we went searching for the best set we could afford. We went to many stores and even purchased a set. Then we saw the add for a "Backsaver" Sealy Mattress set in our price range. Since Sealy is a name I knew as quality we decided to ask for a refund and go to Sherman's. For several months I slept like a baby. One day while changing the sheets, I discovered a spring had popped out the side. I was taken care of with a new mattress after several calls to the store.. After a few weeks the pillow top on the second mattress felt lumpy and again a new mattress was supplied after an employee checked it and agreed. NOW the third mattress is in the same shape and feels lumpy in places. The first one we had the pillowtop was secured and comfortable and had the spring not popped through, we would have been delighted with our purchase. As it turns out, I regret our purchase from Shermans and wish we had gone with the first selection.
