party tray.
I purchased a party tray for my son's graduation. I was told it would be 15 pieces..instead I had 10. Fillings inside the sandwiches was scarce. One end piece had a partial thin slice of meat. Needless to say, it was not satisfying to my 5 adult guests. It was rather embarrassing and I certainly not recommend this option unless you are up for a big disappointment!
After contacting the corporate office through email, I received calls from corporate and the store interested in my experience. I do want to express that both locations wanted to hear about my experience so it could be rectified. Fortunately for me, the store apologized and gave me a credit for my disappointing experience. Jimmy John's sub shops do take pride in their service and try to maintain a consistant product. However, they are only as good as their worst employee. Hopefully they will get it right for future customers.

Sub shop's inexpensive sandwiches appeal to everyone from business lunchers to late-night studiers..
In Short
Jimmy John Liautaud started his first sandwich shop in Charleston, Ill., in 1983. After mastering his bread recipe, he garnered a fan base through low prices and delivery service. Now, locations nationwide offer Turkey Toms on French bread or Italian Night Clubs on seven-grain bread. While delivery is still an option at many locations, most customers order at the counter. Sit at tables or booths beneath signs proclaiming "Free Smells" and "Subs So Fast, You'll Freak."
