Terrible. I don't know what it is about the Pizza Hut restaurants in Bloomington-Normal, but all of the employees are so rude. They don't care at all about customers. This one is just as bad as the Pizza Hut in Normal. I've never been treated so horribly at a restaurant before.

All of these people need to be fired.. It's just ridiculous. They need to learn how to treat their customers better.

I do NOT recommend this restaurant, and especially not the one on North Main St. in Normal. It's a disaster.

Worst Pizza hut I have ever come across. Am a great fan of Pizza hut but I am very sorry to say that this was the worst pizza hut service I have ever had in my life. I would never ever go again in any pizza hut again.

Very arrogant and rude personnel, the lady there kept me waiting for half hour just to tell me that it was not ready that too, very rudely.

Late service(I went there for pick up which was 25 minutes after your order and had to wait an extra ONE HOUR!). Am sure she started making the whole pizza after I told her that I was there for pick up.

Very unclean and untidy atmosphere.

Lastly if this did not happen to me today I would have ignored their improperly baked pizza!

I thought I would ignore this but this would be the best pay off for them.

I am thinking even to call the main pizza hut line and throw this review over their face!

This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies.. In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
