Worst Customer Service Ever. The party that is planned and has been booked for weeks for this Saturday at Mustang Sally's in Le Roy has to be moved. This happened after the owner called me an hour ago (4 days before the party) and said that they had double booked and if I didn't share the alley that my party would be cancelled because I was the third one to book. I booked the entire alley for the party)However, I have been talking with the business for the past three weeks trying to figure out times and there has never been another party written down.

The owner raised his voice at me and interrupted me. I tried explaining to him that I needed the whole alley because I have a 2 year old and I didn't want to spend the entire party keeping him in one section. It is his party, he should be able to have a good time as well. I cancelled the party there. Just a fair warning, the price is good because the owner is rude and decides to blame the customer instead of owning up to his own mistakes.

The only reason I am giving the alley any stars at all is because the woman I have been working with the past three weeks has been very nice. She called me first and explained the situation. I explained to her the same things that I said to the owner and she said that she would work on it. She was very helpful.
