An expensive fixer-upper. We recently purchased a Franke Constructed home less than 12 years old. I have owned 6 houses previously and this is far and away the worst for the money. This is a glorified "fixer-upper"!! Everything from sloppy brickwork to leaking cheap windows to protruding ceiling nails to cheap plumbing-we've fixed it all. What a rip-off. Beware!!! Check out your builder before buying!!!!!!
