Depends who helps. This store is good for people who are base-line photographers. They have the basic equipment and VERY LITTLE professional material. Access to everything you could want, but not carried in the store. A few staff members know NOTHING and are rude, or quick to get away. On the other hand, if you get the right help, the staff person can answer any question you have (no matter the maker of your gear) or has the resources to get the answer.

Customers not important here. Rude rude rude. Some of the staff is knowledgable, but the manager is quite ignorant and has no people skills whatsoever. The owner is exceptionally knowledgable and has unlimited resources, so for that hard to find item, this is the place to go.
