Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.

Great bread and sanwiches, fantastic soup!. Fantastic sandwiches with lots of bread choices including italian, tomato-basil, sourdough, french baggette, foccacia, croissant, honey wheat, the list goes on and on. The soups are fantastic too and they have a selection of about 5 different soups everyday. Most of the time they have french onion, brocolli and cheese (my dad's favorite), baked potato, and chicken and noodle...with a few other soups that change everyday.

Sandwiches come with a side of deli-style chips. Soups come with a slide of a fresh-baked French baggette that are just excellent. They always have a deal called "Pick Two" where you have an option to pick 2 of the following 3 choices: half a sanwich, half a soup, and a salad for $5.99.

I recommend the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. They have the best chicken salad I've ever had. I usually then substitute the baggette slice instead of chips.
