I went in and visited The Sunroom Tanning in Bloomington and was shown around by your friendly staff. I have tanned in other communities for years, however moved to Bloomington recently. Olivia was very friendly, warm, nice smile and interested in me being a new customer. I will begin tanning soon and appreciate her helpfulness and knowledge!

deceiving and rude. I signed up for the 18.88/month package, that was suppose to be a year long.

In this year, after tanning I noticed how lazy and rude most of the staff was. I was interested in purchasing lotion and after looking at it for 15 minutes while 2 employees at the front desk were sitting on there butts not helping anyone just talkin n laughing with eachothe. Ready to give up, a different employee walks up who was cleaning beds and sending customers in, helped me pick out a lotion, thanks to her, the only one who was the least bit helpful!

Anyways, the money was coming directly out of my account each month. After a year, I checked my account summary to make sure i wasnt being charged still. And i wasnt.

About 2 weeks ago I went in to tan again, and when they looked up my name they said I owed almost $70! I asked why and they said i didnt pay and a cancelation fee. I didnt realize you had to cancel it after a year was up, or theyd keep charging you, but either way I NEVER cancelled it! when explaining this to the employee she said, it was in your contract! you want my corporates number? She also asked if i wanted the salon number to speak to the manager the next day, i said no, so then she gave me "corporates number" come to find out she simply gave me her managers cell phone number. If i was in the wrong, why not just give me corporates number? Not to mention had i not gone in to go tanning again I would have never known i owed ANYTHING! This staff is just ridiculous and never helpful. Now im going to a different tanning salon, and i realize how customers SHOULD be treated!

and the only reason im giving one star is because i have to give at least one! otherwise itd be 0stars!!!

great place for long lasting tan. the sunroom is great affordable for everyone and they always have new bulbs !! friendly workers and they know me when i walk in !! i

Awesome!!!. Every time I go to the Sun Room I know I can expect results. I have been to other tanning salons and didn't get any color and some places I didn't even maintain the tan I had before I went in. The Super 40 rocks! Highly recommended.
