Feel Sorry for Employees of this Store. The pizza is good but the employees of this location are treated terribly. The manager name calls and drops f-bombs frequently. She even speak rudely to the customers. I feel badly for the treatment I've witnessed. I'm a regular customer so I don't want them to know who I am because I still like their pizza but pick up your pizza and witness verbal abuse if the manager lady is working! (she told me she was the manager)

Great Pizza, Poor Service, Outrageous delivery time. "I would normally have given this place a 4 star rating because the pizza IS really good. I have to give this place only 2 stars because their delivery time is never less than 45 minutes! I live close enough to this place that you would think it would never take more than 1/2 hour...Imagine waiting 1 hour for a pizza delivery...To top it off more than once the people who answer the phone have sounded unfriendly and impatient. At best they sound like they can't wait to get off the phone.The manager himself doesn't sound like he likes his job very much. I am only referring to the location on Veteran's Pkwy, I have never tried ordering from the Kingsley St. location. I figured since I live so close to the Veteran's one, that is the one I support, but not anymore! I expect good customer service and friendly caring people. If your pizza takes so bloody long to deliver at least offer good friendly service! I really hope you people working there see this! But somehow I doubt they would care or change even if they did...The only thing that stops me from giving this place one star is that I acutally like the pizza and don't want to be unfair...
